Tough weekend in Lake Louise with crazy weather and some unexpected results, especially in the downhill. Training went well, but Bode was unable to carry it into the races. Two years in a row we have had a rough go up north but thankfully it is behind us, and we are back to the States where family and friends will be here to provide energy and inspiration to get it on. We had a good day of GS and SL training.Bode sorted through some equipment question marks with Boot modifications and new ski models. I am fired up for the combined Thursday. Bode has always found inspiration in this venue and event. The first DH training run was solid and the slalom world is all coming together. Hay is in barn, time to mash the throttle and bring home the bacon. Think fast.
