Meaning of running
Just a few words i hope you think about at your future races. When you run you feel free. Winning races are important but the task of completing the race is what makes me happy. The thought that you have strived your hardest and the feeling of exhilaration after you have finished what seems like a mile long 100-meter dash. Deep in your mind as you look at the track you think: I’m here, i made it and i am a kick -but runner. I hope you feel that you have experienced your happiest moment while doing what you do best and keep on making every one proud that we have a strong woman who has to take two steps for every one step the other runners take yet still finishes strong. I wish you the best in all races.

Well Ms. Williams how you today fine I hope, You right about one a few things. Completing the races is the goal. But having fun at the same time when doing it makes you even much more to want to win against the taller and bigger runners.I stand at 5ft 7in and 160 pounds. And I get a rush when I am running against a much bigger and some what they think much faster then me.Back when I was running it didnt matter to me. But in the end I always crossing the finsh first.I started to work out again in Aurora,Co but I am from Port Arthur,Tx.I watched Carl Lewis do his thank in Houston,M Tx At the TSU Relays My last year in high school.I still remember what he said to me get out that small town your in. and what you know 17 years later I see him in the mall up here in 2008. But time do fly.But I am sticking to my goal to run for the US track in field team soon Just need a little help on doing so.Cause all is up here are distance runners. And I am no where near that. Just help me get an good speed coach and trainer to POint me in the right direction.I am a man of my word and I still in super shape.But it much harder trying to train when your by yourself.With no help.So please send me a reply back at me email.at WilliamsJeremiah458190@yahoo.com hope to here from you soon and by the way your are the best runner out their.I think just need alittle more sunshine to brighten that smile when you run.Best Wishes too you this season.
